The digital designer—under the direction of the art director—will develop custom icons, graphics, and the look and feel of other digital assets such as trainer guides, participant guides, performance support resources. In cases where video editing and motion graphics are needed, a digital designer with expertise in these areas will be used.

The elearning developer is responsible for the development of elearning using various authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Lectora, and more.

The project manager will be the single point of contact for a given project. They will coordinate schedules to arrange meetings, book resources for tasks, and coordinate the review and delivery of project deliverables. In most cases, all communications will flow through the project manager.
